First sale on my new Teepublic Print-On-Demand shop: a hoodie with my “Veni Vidi Villon” design, featuring a photo I took of the tree opposite our house.
“Veni Vidi Villon” is a play on words based on the poem “Ballade des dames du temps jadis” (“Ballad of the Ladies of Times Past”) by François Villon, and its interrogative refrain “Mais où sont les neiges d’antan?” (“But where are the snows of yesteryear?”) – an observation on the ephemeral nature of fame.
This and many of my other designs also available at my Redbubble and Society6 stores.

My Redbubble and Society6 print-on-demand stores – featuring designs based on my images, which can be printed on a multitude of products – have both seen sales, which is encouraging. Various images of my dartboard are my most popular designs on both sites! No idea why.
I have added another print-on-demand site at Teepublic, very similar to the others but hopefully accessing a different market.
I’m focussing on my shops for the time being and spending less time on
competition entries; not stopping entirely, just being more selective. Last year I entered 86 competitions, was a
winner (including honourable mentions) in 12 and shortlisted in another 19. As a result my images featured in online
galleries and magazines, as framed prints in physical exhibitions, and in
various publications. Pretty happy with
